- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible hours. They open when I'm already at work and close an hour before I'm done work. As soon as they took over for Cape Bank, which I had no problems with, Ocean first Immediately began charging me fees. As soon as I get a day off, I'm moving my 3 accounts out of there. Their 1 big late night is 6pm, that's a joke in and of itself. This bank doesn't value hardworking people. They only value people with bankers hours. I will report them to the division of banking and insurance if they don't return the fees they stole as a result of them no having hours to accommodate those who work 40+ hours a week.By BETH EPSTEIN, September 30, 2016
